Local Pickup

• Local pick up is available for FREE at Creopack (8420 Chemin Darnley, Mont-Royal H4T 1M4, Canada).
• Orders are usually ready in 24 hours. 
• Wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pickup. Bring your confirmation email and ID card when you come to collect your order.

Local Delivery

• Local delivery is available within 30km of our warehouse for a $60 CAD flat-rate fee.
• Orders can be dispatch within 24-48 hours
• Once your order is complete, we will contact you to book a delivery.

Canada

• We ship Canada wide using the best shipping carriers in the business. We will pick the best carrier for each order (Canpar, Dicom, Purolator, UPS, Freight, etc.)
• Transit time is 2-10 business days.*
• Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping address.

• We ship to the USA using the best shipping carriers in the business. We will pick the best carrier for each order (UPS, Fedex, Freight, etc.)
• Our products are made in Canada and are part of CUSMA (previously NAFTA) and should not result in customs and duties.
